Sales Leadership Training
A change as important and significant as the shift from a process culture to a member-centric culture will not occur without effective leadership. MNA provides your Executive Management Team with the understanding of the most important behaviors of effective leadership to enable strategic and tactical success during this time of change.
MNA provides leadership training for the credit union's Executive Management Team via a one day workshop that will teach the participants the proper techniques to lead in a member-centric culture. The workshop includes lecture, discussion and case study. In addition, MNA administers a Leadership Assessment that allows for customization of the training to focus on the critical areas for development. This session will provide those at the highest strategic levels of the Credit Union with the knowledge of what to do to be effective sales and service leaders.
Leadership Development
Leadership Training teaches leaders what to do to be an effective leader. Our Leadership Development Program builds on the training by teaching the leader how to apply the skills learned in training in the "real world" MNA will work with the Executive Team members on a quarterly basis to provide leadership skill development assignments that will allow us to direct and analyze the progress of the participant. Additionally, we will work with each leader on an "as-needed" basis to provide unlimited support off-site. Leaders will have the opportunity to contact the MNA consultant to discuss any issues of sales and service leadership. The MNA Leadership Development Program will help leaders develop confidence that they are performing effectively with specific direction and unlimited support.
