MNA, Inc. offers online department- and individual-level internal service surveys designed to evaluate the level of internal service provided by each department or employee. Survey questions are based on the company's service standards and will allow us to measure the level of service employees provide to each other.

Implemented quarterly or semi-annually, MNA will work with you to ensure maximum participation. Surveys are confidential and housed on the MNA website. After completion, a detailed report will be prepared for management, and we will provide recommendations on improving the internal service in your company.
