Personal Account Representative Designation Program

Through facilitated regional workshops, attendees will explore all components of personal member relationship development including in-depth member interviewing, new members in the first 90-days, member relationship management to drive repurchase and referral and more. Or, bring our experts onsite to your credit union to work exclusively with your operations team!

Participants will learn to:
  • Develop a personal relationship management plan to retain current members and gain new members through referrals.
  • Conduct an effective initial interview to assess a member's current future financial needs.
  • Follow-up to gain trust and additional account relationships
  • Gain member commitment and reduce attrition by following a three-step closing process at the end of every member session.
  • Complete an on-boarding process with new members.
  • Organize a book of member business.
  • Ask for membership referrals to grow the membership organically.
  • Pass a member relationship development course assessment to obtain PAR designation.
Our experts will work closely with course participants to develop a credit union-wide plan for personal member relationship development. Plus, each participant will receive a relationship planning tool and an interview guide to help them organize and maximize their member contacts.
