The Alumni Emeritus Program has been developed to recognize personal performance excellence in ServiStar. Select credit union professionals who have been equally successful in leading and implementing ServiStar will be asked to join others already involved in the Alumni Emeritus Program. These professionals will participate in "Ask the Experts" panel discussion at the Annual ServiStar Users Meeting and occasionally write articles for the Sales and Service Leader newsletter. Additionally, our current clients may speak to our AEs to seek advice and council, from a practitioner's perspective, on issues related to sales and service culture.
