Rob Tomasino - Strategic Partner
Rob Tomasino is an experienced credit union professional whose dedication to the movement spans more than 27 years. Rob's experience over the course of his career has allowed him the opportunity to work for several credit unions, large and small, and experience all sides of the organization.
Over the course of Rob's career, he has held several noteworthy positions. His years of service include the roles of Loan Officer, Collections Manager, Assistant Manager, and CEO of two small credit unions. On a national level, Rob asserted himself in the roles of Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, Vice President of Marketing and Training, Vice President of Branch Operations, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Executive Vice President of Lending and Branch Operations.
During his tenure as a Senior Manager, Rob was a key contributor in creating, implementing and maintaining a Sales and Service Culture. Having overseen the credit union's Marketing and Business Development groups, in addition to 30 branch locations nationally, Rob has the real world experience it takes to grow the business in today's highly competitive financial services industry. Other key initiatives under Rob's area of influence included branch relocation strategies as well as identifying, soliciting and completing numerous mergers and understanding how to integrate the newly expanded organization. He was also intimately involved in the development and preparation of the credit union's annual sales forecast at both the national and branch levels.
Rob earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. He also holds the designation of Certified Chief Executive (CCE) from the CUES CEO Institute. He is also a certified trainer in CUNA Mutual's Business Development Sales Training program.
