Jennifer Kuhn has more than 10 years experience as a corporate trainer specializing in the implementation of programs in the areas of communication, teambuilding, leadership development, performance management and much more.

In addition, Jen's experience with credit unions includes the successful integration of a sales and service culture, skills training, product knowledge, marketing, strategic planning, motivation and coaching. Her unique approach to training combines humor and real world experience that translates into participants that walk away with the knowledge for success regardless of skill level or experience.

Jen is also a nationally recognized mediator that has facilitated workplace conflict resolution programs. She has also served as a private consultant for many non-profit organizations.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
